Very professional and helpful staff in a pleasant, quiet, authentic hotel. Huge room, huge bathroom with old stone tub. The inner side of the hotel is wonderful. I simply loved everything. The room, the breakfast were excellent. Hotel location is also very good, 3min walk from old gate of the Medina. Thank you Youssef, Mohammad and all staff

The friendliest hotel i have ever stayed in . It was a beautiful hotel . Very clean . The staff were amazing , sorting taxis for us last minute when we had forgotten to do so . Keeping in touch with us via Wats app and making sure that we had been picked up ,arrived at our destination and that we had been collected again to be brought back to the hotel . I cant praise the staff enough .

We recently stayed there for a couple of nights and loved it. Staff was very friendly. The Riad was beautiful. We were treated very well by everyone. Great experience. Good breakfast. If you’re going by car, it may be worthwhile reaching out to the Riad staff ahead of time so they can arrange for parking outside of the Medina. It is possible to get there by car to drop off bags, but quite challenging (and can’t park there so might as well avoid the stress).

The staff in Palais Tinmel particularly Saied and Yesseen (not sure on spelling) were so very helpful, friendly and happy to chat to us and our sons. They were above and beyond what you would expect from hotel staff. Also the lovely smiley house keeper Loubne and the older gentleman who helped us find the cab driver we were meeting on the last day were such nice people. They could not have been nicer. The accommodation was lovely too. A beautiful place. Breakfasts were good and we ate one evening meal there which was the best meal we had in the whole weeks stay in Marrakech. I cannot recomend this place highly enough. Thank you Palais Tinmel, you gave us a perfect week and you were a sanctuary to return to every evening from the busy Medina. Laura, Marcus, Barney and Oscar.

Fantastic and cozy riad. The service here is really what makes the difference, and in such a lovely setting it’s hard to beat. The staff are so friendly and welcoming, you really feel like you’re coming home!Taxis can have a bit of trouble finding the address because it’s in the old walled city, but if you give the front desk a call or ask the driver to dial, they should have no problem. Someone even came to the square to collect us so we wouldn’t get lost.
